Overview The Queensland Fire Department (QFD) is providing forward notice to industry partners regarding upcoming Fleet related procurement activities expected to go to market before the end of 2026. Scope The scope includes: A range of upcoming Fleet related procurement activities, with a short list provided in the accompanying documents Supply of appliances, with the numbers stated representing the minimum required by the department and subject to increase over the term of the contract Contract Terms and Conditions Contracts will be offered for 5-year terms Possible extension options may apply Instructions to Tenderers The QFD will release these procurement activities via VendorPanel (VP). Industry partners are asked to check that their business details, contacts, and email addresses are up to date on the VendorPanel platform so they can be informed as soon as each activity is released.
