Overview This Forward Procurement Notice (FPN) is issued by the Department of Transport and Main Roads, on behalf of the Chief Executive (TMR), to publicly notify the market that TMR intends to commence an Invitation to Offer process for the Fleet, Operations and Maintenance (FOM) Package of The Wave Stage 3 (Metro) in the coming weeks. Purpose This FPN provides prospective participants with preliminary information to assist in preparing for the proposed FOM Procurement Process. It does not constitute a formal market approach and does not obligate TMR to proceed with any procurement process associated with the FOM Package or The Wave Stage 3 (Metro). Instructions to Tenderers Please refer to the attached Forward Procurement Notice document for further information. A response to this Forward Procurement Notice is NOT required.
