About this tender
Overview Tablelands Regional Council (TRC) invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the provision of green mulching services across designated Transfer Station locations within the TRC region. Purpose The engagement is intended to address current operational needs at the nominated sites. Scope The scope includes: Processing and mulching of green waste stockpiles at designated Transfer Station locations within the TRC region, to an agreed standard Coordination of site access at the nominated sites Contractor Requirements Services must be carried out in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three (3) years Further extension options of two (2) years, in options of one (1) year each, exercisable at the sole discretion of TRC Maximum total term of five (5) years
