About this tender
Overview Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for a number of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. Scope The scope includes the following HVAC projects: PR2026-0541 Warwick Oaks Air-Conditioner Replacement PR2026-0535 Stanthorpe Community Health HVAC PR2026-0533 Bailee Henderson Hospital Giabal & Walwa Units Air-Conditioning Replacement Each project comprises the following separable portions: Separable Portion A: Design Services Separable Portion B: Construction Delivery Instructions to Tenderers The projects may be awarded to multiple suppliers or a single supplier. Tenderers are not required to tender for all packages. See the attached Request for Tender documents for further details and the registration process. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Mandatory site visits have been rescheduled for 8 September for all projects.
