Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest For A Construct Only Tender - Construction of New Changeroom Facilities

Overview Currimundi United Football Club, located at Frank McIvor Park, Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the construction of its new changeroom facilities. The EOI process is being managed by COHA Group. About The project is funded primarily through funding from the Queensland Government, as well as Sunshine Coast Council. Scope The project involves the construction of a new single-storey changeroom building, including but not limited to the following: Home and away player changerooms Public and accessible amenities Canteen and food preparation facilities General storage areas Covered spectator terrace Minor external works Contract Terms and Conditions The project is anticipated to be tendered under an AS4000 Construct Only contract, or similar A shortlist of 4 or 5 contractors will be selected to submit tenders following the EOI period Shortlisted tenderers will be provided between 3 and 4 weeks to submit a lump sum tender Information Requested Please provide as part of this EOI request: Capability statement demonstrating experience delivering similar community sporting facilities Relevant project references Current workload and confirmation of capacity Nominated project personnel and their relevant experience QBCC licences and relevant insurances Ways that you can work with the club to deliver exceptional value in return for tier 1 sponsorship recognition Any additional information demonstrating capability to successfully deliver the project Instructions to Tenderers The Club may provide a list of subcontractors or suppliers that have a connection to the club for tenderers to seek pricing from where appropriate. This delivery model is intended to maximise local participation and achieve the best value outcome for the Club.
