Overview Seqwater is seeking a suitably qualified Service Provider to deliver analytical, laboratory and transport services to support water quality and environmental monitoring across its waterways, treatment plants and bulk water networks. Scope The core scope includes: Supply of sample containers and prepacking Courier transport Sample receipt and processing Laboratory analysis Electronic data delivery Reporting Exceedance notifications Dedicated account management Technical support and customer service 24/7/365 support and emergency response capability An optional separable portion covers services associated with Seqwater's Bulk Chemical Testing Program. Instructions to Tenderers Seqwater reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award each separable portion independently and to different Service Providers. Tenderers may submit a response for the core scope, the optional separable portion, or both.
