The Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) invite suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for the P263923 Josephine Falls Upgrade – Superintendent Services project. QPWS are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced professional to administer the Josephine Falls Upgrade construction contract as Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for all administrative aspects of the role, including adhering to legislative requirements such as the Building Industry fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017. Following appropriate communication with QPWS, the Superintendent will approve variations, extensions of time with cost implications for the project and all progress certificates.
