Overview Goondiwindi Regional Council is seeking a supplier to load, cart and supply Type 3.2 and Type 4.3 MRTS05 confirming material to construction projects on Yelarbon-Keetah Road and Desert Creek Road, Yelarbon. Scope The scope includes: Load, cart and supply Type 3.2 MRTS05 confirming material to the construction project on Yelarbon-Keetah Road, Yelarbon, between chainage 6.4km and 7.4km Load, cart and supply Type 4.3 MRTS05 confirming material to the construction project on Desert Creek Road, Yelarbon, between chainage 0km and 0.3km Contractor Requirements Specification All Type 3.2 and Type 4.3 material supplied shall conform to the Department of Transport and Main Roads Technical Specifications MRTS05 Unbound Pavements Delivery, Storage and Measurement, Type 3.2 and Type 4.3 Pavement Material Trucks delivering unbound pavement material shall be legally loaded at all times to their full capacity; no part loads will be accepted Delivery shall be made to the road works and tipped within each lot, or as instructed by the works supervisor (Russell Mortimer) Material is to be supplied in equivalent dry tonnes; material will be tested upon delivery to determine water content and confirm the quantity of material received Supply volume measurement shall be by certified weigh bridge dockets for each load delivered Contract Terms and Conditions Project expected to start early November 2026 and finish early December 2026, subject to weather and proceeding works
