Overview Noosa Shire Council invites tenders for the maintenance and servicing of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment at various nominated Council buildings. Scope The scope includes: Maintenance and servicing of HVAC plant and equipment at various nominated Council buildings, as described in Part 5, Scope Provision, at the Contractor's own expense, of all transport, labour, plant, equipment, signage, traffic control and any other associated costs necessary for the complete performance of the Contract Completion of an audit of systems and equipment for each site, and updating Council's HVAC Asset Listing to capture new information obtained from the audit, within the first six (6) months of the contract Start Date Contract Terms and Conditions This is a Schedule of Rates contract Contract Start Date: 1 December 2026 Initial contract Term: two (2) years Council may, in its absolute discretion, extend the End Date by three (3) further terms of 12 months each
