About this tender

Overview The City of Gold Coast is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced not-for-profit youth service provider to deliver youth programs for young people aged 12 to 17 years across designated community centres throughout the City. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of after-school activities for young people aged 12 to 17 years Delivery of Saturday sessions for young people aged 12 to 17 years Delivery of school holiday programs for young people aged 12 to 17 years Provision of programs across designated community centres throughout the City Support for the City's youth priorities of Get Involved, Get Connected and Get Ahead Contractor Requirements Must be a suitably qualified and experienced not-for-profit youth service provider Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must refer to LG31441126037 Short Form Goods and Services Quotation Form for full details of the procurement, submission requirements and evaluation criteria. Tenderers are also required to review and consider all seven (7) attachments issued with the Request for Quotation when preparing and submitting their Offer. All enquiries and requests for clarification must be submitted through the VendorPanel platform by the supplier query cut-off date. Any responses, addenda or other procurement communications issued by the Principal will be distributed through VendorPanel.
