Scope Home modification work at 80 New Village Street, Mabuiag Island QLD 4875 Contractor Requirements Works must be quoted for completion during normal hours and must meet the requirements of the specification noted for this tender A Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) must be provided to the QBuild Supervisor for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Site Inspection A site inspection is mandatory and must be arranged with the site contact prior to attending site. No admittance to site will be allowed if a site inspection is not prearranged. Contractors are required to arrange a time with the site contact prior to attending site to ascertain the full scope of works. Site Contact: Holly Banasa, 0484 536 427 Contract Terms and Conditions On award and prior to commencement of works, the QBuild Supervisor will arrange a prestart meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss site and project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor's representative.
