About this tender
Overview Sunshine Coast Council is inviting tenders for the provision of landscape maintenance services for the Brightwater Estate. All maintenance activities must be undertaken in a holistic and proactive manner, with the objective of consistently achieving and maintaining a high standard of horticultural performance, landscape health, amenity, and overall presentation throughout the estate. Scope The full scope of works for each service type must be delivered at the frequencies specified in the Specification, as a minimum requirement. The Contractor shall ensure that all services are performed to a standard that promotes the long-term sustainability, safety, appearance, and functionality of the landscape assets within the estate. The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following: Turf maintenance Garden bed maintenance Bushland maintenance Tree maintenance Bioretention system maintenance Vegetated drain maintenance General landscape maintenance Park infrastructure maintenance Playground/exercise station and soft fall maintenance Supplementary works Contract reporting and investigations Tender Briefing An Information Session will be held for this opportunity. Date: 21 July 2026 Location: Sunshine Coast Council Caloundra Depot Contract Terms and Conditions This is a schedule of rates contract Commencement: 1 October 2026 Initial term: three (3) years Extension option: a further two (2) years
