Scope Home modification work at Lot 8 Map Rd, Mabuiag Island QLD, 4875 Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours and to meet the requirements of the specification Contractor Requirements Contractors must arrange a time with the site contact prior to attending site to ascertain the full scope of works Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A site inspection is mandatory and must be arranged prior to attending site. No admittance to site will be allowed if a site inspection is not prearranged.
