Overview Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking tenders to carry out various floor covering upgrades at two residences on Badu Island. Scope The scope includes: Floor covering upgrades at 110 School St, Badu Island Qld, 4875 Floor covering upgrades at 149 Mairu St, Badu Island Qld, 4875 Completion of works during normal working hours in accordance with the specification requirements Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as all measurements provided in the tender are approximate and for quoting purposes only Contract Terms and Conditions On award and prior to commencement of works, the QBuild supervisor will arrange a prestart meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss site and project specifics Attendance at the prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor's representative Information Requested Contractors are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the Job Summary and Offer Schedule at the time of tender
