About this tender

Overview Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking to procure the supply and delivery to site of Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCBC), Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), and other associated precast concrete elements for the Elliott Heads to Bargara Growth Precinct Link project, for installation by the future principal contractor. About Council has received funding under the Residential Activation Fund (RAF) Round 2 to construct the Elliott Heads to Bargara Growth Precinct Link project. This project consists of the following sub-projects: A new single lane rural roundabout at the intersection of Back Windermere Road, Coral Cove Drive, and Barolin Homestead Road Widening and sealing of Back Windermere Road, from the new roundabout, south to Atkinsons Road, including a 2.6m wide shared concrete pathway, and the upgrade of the intersection at Back Windermere Road, Atkinsons Road and Elliott Heads Road 3.6km of new trunk water and sewer pipelines, along Back Windermere Road, between Innes Park Road and Atkinsons Road, Elliott Heads Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery to site of Reinforced Concrete Box Culverts (RCBC), Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP), and other associated precast concrete elements Delivery of materials to three separate locations, with the required delivery location dependent on the material being supplied and the project it is allocated to Coordination of delivery times with Bundaberg Regional Council prior to delivery Delivery of materials allocated to Back Windermere Road to a nominated laydown area within approximately 1km of the Back Windermere Road / Barolin Homestead Road / Coral Cove Drive intersection, Coral Cove, with unloading arranged by Bundaberg Regional Council Delivery of materials allocated to Poinciana Drive, Innes Park to the nominated Poinciana Drive laydown area, with unloading arranged by Bundaberg Regional Council Delivery of materials allocated to Boaga Road, Mullet Creek to the nominated laydown area at the Amos Road / Boaga Road intersection, with the Supplier responsible for unloading the materials at this location Provision of a proposed delivery schedule for each location and sufficient notice of each delivery to allow coordination with site operations Contractor Requirements Pricing must allow for all delivery costs to the nominated locations For the Boaga Road, Mullet Creek location, pricing must allow for suitable delivery vehicles, unloading equipment, and personnel required to safely unload the materials, as the Supplier is responsible for unloading at this location
