Scope The scope includes: Home Modification Works (bathroom) at 28 Aikuru St, Warraber Island QLD 4875 Completion of works during normal hours in accordance with the specification Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Attendance of a contractor's representative at the mandatory Prestart Meeting Instructions to Tenderers On award and prior to commencement of works, the QBuild Supervisor will arrange a Prestart Meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss site and project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor's representative.
