This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Systems Analysts, also known as Solution Design Manager, translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures. Solution Design describes the function of designing and delivering new functional solutions, and providing ongoing operational support for ICT solutions. Solution Design Managers are responsible for the successful planning and implementation of ICT solutions to support the overall business goals and objectives of the functional area. Solution Design Managers are responsible for engaging and liaising with the business areas and customers to articulate process improvements and problem resolutions. Solution Design Managers exercise a considerable degree of independence, with decisionmaking substantially dependent on their high-level judgement and consideration of wider agency implications, with work being performed under the general guidance of senior staff. In performing a leadership role, Solution Design Managers drive innovation, change in workplace practices and organise work in the context of competing priorities and strategic direction.
