The Final date for requests for information or clarifications will be 5 days prior to the tender submission date. Tender Submission Offers shall be submitted as electronic only through the Vendor Panel site: https://www.vendorpanel.com/ Prequalification Requirements A Traffic Engineering prequalification of TE2 is required by the consultant.
