Overview Murweh Shire Council is seeking a contractor to supply and install fencing works at five sites across Augathella and Charleville. Scope The scope includes: Site 1, Meat Ant Park, Augathella: new steel post and rail fence with chain wire, 900 mm high, approximately 200 m, including 3 pedestrian gates and 1 set of double gates Site 2, Parry Street, Charleville: new steel post and rail fence with chain wire, 1,200 mm high, approximately 50 m Site 3, Graham Andrews Parkland, Charleville: approximately 65 m of steel post and rail fence with chain wire to match existing, including 2 double-gate entry/exit systems Site 4, Charleville Gym, Partridge: steel post and rail fence with chain link fabric to match existing, 1,800 mm high, 160 m length, compliant with AS 1725, including 2 pedestrian gates Site 5, Pony Club Paddock, Charleville: repair of 1,550 m of rural paddock fence using galvanised steel star pickets as line posts and high-tensile barbed wire, 1,500 mm high, to match existing Contract Terms and Conditions Pricing is fixed lump sum, with a schedule of rates for provisional items Commencement on site by 7 December 2026 Practical completion by 26 February 2027 Instructions to Tenderers Council prefers to award all five sites to one contractor, so tenderers should price all sites.
