Overview Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking a contractor to undertake various flooring upgrades at two residences on Murray Island (Mer) as part of Floor Package #17. Scope The scope includes: Various flooring upgrades at 44 Marou Rd, Korog Village, Murray Island 4875 Various flooring upgrades at 156 Off Koki Rd, Korog Village, Murray Island 4875 Completion of works during normal hours in accordance with the tender specification Confirmation of all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, as supplied measurements are approximate and for quoting purposes only Contractor Requirements Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite Contract Terms and Conditions On award and prior to commencement of works, the QBuild Supervisor will arrange a prestart meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss site and project specifics. Attendance at this prestart meeting by the contractor's representative is mandatory.
