Purpose The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to describe the key details that tenderers need to know in order to submit a conforming and competitive offer, including an overview of the opportunity, details of how the relevant documents are aligned, and the process to be followed. Responses to this RFP will provide Queensland Rail with sufficient information to complete an evaluation and select a tenderer that meets the requirements of the RFP and offers the best fit functionally, technically, and commercially, including value for money. Scope The scope includes: Full replacement of 13 deteriorated concrete box culvert structures located between Peterson and Benaraby on the North Coast Line South corridor Removal and disposal of existing culverts and associated components Construction of new culvert infrastructure Completion of all works within set closure periods
