Job details The Business Analyst (BA) operating at SFIA Level 4 within the Digital Services Engagement Team is responsible for investigating business situations, identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems, and defining requirements for effective use of information systems. BA works independently with stakeholders, contributes to process improvement initiatives, and supports the delivery of digital services aligned with departmental goals. As part of the Digital Services Engagement Team, everyone is also expected to actively assist with ticket management. This includes triaging, following up, and contributing to resolution efforts—regardless of role.
