About this tender
Overview Redland City Council (RCC) requires a Principal Contractor for the construction of park upgrade works at various locations across Redland City. Scope The work required under this contract comprises the provision of all materials, plant and equipment, labour, and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply, delivery, installation, construction, supervision and certification of the proposed works and services. The scope includes but is not limited to: Geotechnical investigation and report Detailed dilapidation survey report (pre and post works) Investigation of associated statutory approvals, and lodgement of applications Provision of Quality, Work Health & Safety, Environmental and Certified MUTCD Traffic Management Plans Removal of existing tap and stormwater end treatment and disposal to waste (as indicated) Construction and ancillary works (signage, bollards, fencing) in accordance with 'For Construction' drawings (Appendix A) Associated concrete, earthworks and landscaping works (where indicated) Any landscaping works that may be required as a result of the works Final RPEQ certified 'As Constructed' and ADAC drawings (with Form 16)
