Overview Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake roof replacement and structural repairs at the Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC), restoring the structural integrity, durability and serviceability of the facility. About A structural condition assessment of the Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) was completed by an engineering consultant in April 2026 to assess the structural condition of the facility and identify the extent of remedial works required. Purpose The intent of this project is to undertake the structural remediation works recommended within the Structural Assessment Report to restore the structural integrity, durability and serviceability of the facility, extend the operational life of the building, and ensure the facility remains safe and functional for staff, patients and visitors. Scope The scope includes: Structural remediation works recommended within the Structural Assessment Report for the Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) Provision of all labour, materials, plant, equipment, temporary works, supervision and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete and compliant outcome
