About this tender

Provision of concrete pipe jacking services for Stony Creek, Dallarnil Qld 4621 Works required include: Install by jacking, 2/3000 dia (class 4) RCJP butt joint sleeved inside the existing steel pipes. Total length = 48m. Comprising of 16 x 1.5m long units per cell. Every second unit to contain s/steel grout port. The annulus between the concrete pipes and steel pipe is to be blocked off at each end and filled with cementitious flowable fill. Install by jacking, 2/2700 dia (class 4) RCJP butt joint through the road embankment to the side of the existing steel pipes. Total length = 48m. Comprising of 12 x 2m long units per cell. Every second unit to contain s/steel grout port. Background information / Compatibility requirements The new jacked pipes are to be installed to line and level as per the attached drawings. Offeror to supply all plant, labour & materials (other than those listed below) to construct the works. All works to be in accordance with current TMR Standard Specifications. A copy of these specifications is available from www.tmr.qld.gov.au or by contacting the project manager. Testing and quality assurance documents to be undertaken by the offeror and submitted to RoadTek in a timely manner.
