The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new Covered Walkways and Outdoor learning area shade sails at Rochedale SHS, located at 249 Priestdale Road, Rochedale QLD 4123, as part of School Direct program. The scope of works comprises of the design and construction of new concrete ramps, covered walkways, handrails and associated landscaping, electrical and drainage works to various zones throughout the school, in addition to new shade sails over the existing amphitheatre at Rochedale SHS. All works are to be completed by August 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 01/05/2026 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
