Queensland Government Cyber Security - Secure storage environment

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Queensland Government, through the Cyber Security Unit (Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business), is seeking a secure storage environment to collect and store data, and in some cases provide read access to data, from a range of entities across the Queensland public sector. The security classification of the data will range from OFFICIAL up to PROTECTED. Purpose The requirement is to meet emerging policy requirements for the collection and storage of data, including PROTECTED classified data, and to provide controlled read access to that data for relevant Queensland public sector entities. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a secure storage environment for data classified from OFFICIAL up to PROTECTED An environment that meets federal government requirements for PROTECTED cloud storage Initial storage capacity of 1 Terabyte, with the ability to scale up over time as usage requirements increase Read and write access for a small number (5) of Cyber Security Unit staff holding Baseline personnel clearances User management by a designated internal administrator, with enhanced access designated by the Cyber Security Unit (CUS) The ability to device-limit staff access to the environment Provision of limited, entity-specific access for external entities located in Australia to upload information into folders created by Cyber Security Unit staff Configurable access controls for external entities, including time-limited access, one-time access, and write-only access The ability for Cyber Security Unit personnel to share sensitive information with entities via a message and an access link within the protected environment Contractor Requirements Accreditation to manage PROTECTED storage environments The environment must meet requirements set out by the federal government for PROTECTED cloud storage Enquiries Buyer contact: angela.roys@cyber.qld.gov.au
