Supply of 4G Router Upgrade Materials 600033

Overview Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the supply and delivery of Cisco 4G Router materials. Scope Supply and delivery of Cisco 4G Router materials as described in Part 5, Scope, of the tender documentation Instructions to Tenderers Tender enquiries, questions, or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close 3 days prior to the closing time and date, and all questions, information requests, and clarifications should be posted prior to this time. Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to the etender portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation. It is strongly recommended that respondents begin uploading tender submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time. Late, verbal, or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion. Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation, and may invite all respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications. Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing time.
