Register of Pre- Qualified Suppliers – Trades and Associated Services

Overview Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking to establish a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (ROPS) with suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide general trade and associated services for planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and capital works across Council facilities, infrastructure and plant. Scope The scope includes: Provision of labour, tools, materials, parts, equipment, supervision and ancillary services to carry out work on Council facilities, infrastructure and plant Carrying out services upon request as described in the specification, at the locations and times specified Working in accordance with the requirements of the work site and the directions of the Principal's Representative/Council's Authorised Officer Surveyors Mechanical Trade - Light Vehicle Mechanical Trade - Heavy Vehicle Auto Electricians Windscreen Replacement, Repairs and Tinting Landscaping - Soft Works Chemical Distribution (Spraying) Waterblasting Arborist Services Contractor Requirements Contractors must be suitably qualified and experienced in the relevant trade or associated service Services and materials offered must provide quality and value for money in maintaining Council facilities, infrastructure and plant
