About this tender
Overview Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking to establish a standing offer arrangement for the rehabilitation of sewer mains, including cleaning, CCTV inspections, condition assessment, lining and associated works, as and when required. Scope The scope includes: Rehabilitation of sewer mains Cleaning of sewer mains CCTV inspections of sewer mains Condition assessment of sewer mains Lining of sewer mains Associated works as and when required by Council Contract Terms and Conditions For the purposes of establishing rates and costs for these works, Tenderers are advised that the estimated value of Works for the 2026/2027 financial year is approximately $500,000 excluding GST, however Council makes no commitment as to the accuracy of the projected value. Commencement: Date of dispatch of the Letter of Acceptance Completion: 30 June 2028 Extension options: Subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of Council, Council may extend the agreement for three further periods of twelve months each
