Overview Racing Queensland's (RQ) Registered Training Organisation is seeking offers from suitably qualified suppliers for an integrated Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). Scope The scope includes: Provision, implementation, integration and ongoing support of an integrated Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) Contractor Requirements RQ's preference is to engage a single supplier under a single contract for the provision, implementation, integration and ongoing support of the solution Where a proposed solution comprises multiple products or third-party components, the supplier must assume end-to-end responsibility for delivery and ongoing support and provide a single point of accountability Contract Terms and Conditions The successful Tenderer will be engaged via the QITC General Contract Conditions to complete the works. Tender Briefing Suppliers are invited to present and demonstrate their proposed solution(s) to Racing Queensland through either an online or in-person Supplier Showcase, with online attendance options available. The showcase provides an opportunity for suppliers to highlight key system capabilities, implementation approach, integration functionality, unique features, and any innovative offerings relevant to RQ's requirements.
