Overview Central Highlands Regional Council is inviting submissions from competent suppliers to undertake the Rural Culvert Replacement Program 26/27, supplying all materials, plant, equipment, personnel and any other services, costs and/or fees necessary to complete the works. Scope The scope includes: Culvert replacement works at four rural road locations Demolition of existing structures Earthworks Installation of culvert units Cast in-situ concrete works Pavement construction Bitumen sealing Batter protection Rock protection Drainage works Reinstatement works Provision and management of traffic control Temporary access arrangements Environmental controls Waste disposal Preparation of all required contract plans for safe delivery of the works
