About this tender
Overview Southern Cross University is seeking architectural and landscape architectural services to support the renewal of its Gold Coast Campus. Scope The scope includes: Acting as Lead Design Consultant during the project definition and early design phases Providing, or engaging as part of the consultant team, required Landscape Architectural Services Reviewing, testing, validating and developing the Principal's Project Requirements (PPR), existing campus information and stakeholder requirements into an endorsed Master Plan and Concept Design suitable to confirm scope, function, cost, approvals strategy, staging and the basis for subsequent Design and Construct procurement Integrated design of the buildings, campus public realm, landscape, plaza, pavilion interfaces, arrival areas, external circulation and the relationship between internal and external campus environments Progressively identifying and closing out assumptions, information gaps and outstanding briefing matters identified within the PPR insofar as they relate to the Services The Base Scope comprises Master Planning and Concept Design. Schematic Design is a separately priced option, as SCU may elect to transfer subsequent design responsibility to a Design and Construct contractor following completion of Concept Design.
