Overview Central Highlands Regional Council invites submissions from competent suppliers to undertake the Capella Rubyvale Road Upgrade, CH 47.3 to 48.6. Scope The scope includes supply of all materials, plant, equipment, personnel and any other services, costs and/or fees necessary to: Undertake road pavement and drainage upgrades, including but not limited to culvert construction, bulk earthworks, pavement construction, bitumen sealing, road furniture and delineation Provide and manage traffic control, temporary access arrangements, environmental controls and waste disposal Prepare all required contract plans for safe delivery of the works
