SEC-005-Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers for the provision of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to support the secure and efficient operation of the Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games venues and precincts. CCTV infrastructure will be essential for real-time monitoring, evidence collection, incident detection, deterrence, crowd management, and coordination with broader security operations across both temporary and permanent environments. Brisbane 2032 anticipates a requirement for CCTV across approximately 40 to 50 competition and key non-competition venues, with tailored solutions for high-risk zones, public areas, and critical infrastructure sites. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and removal of CCTV systems, including: Fixed and mobile surveillance cameras (e.g. PTZ, dome, bullet, thermal, and panoramic). Temporary and relocatable CCTV towers or poles for outdoor and event environments. Integrated video management systems (VMS) and recording infrastructure. Systems must meet the minimum standards for cyber security protections. Network and power solutions suitable for temporary overlay and legacy – integrate with the security fencing systems to support remote mounting or insertion into or onto the fencing system, if and as required. Integration with broader security infrastructure, including access control, screening, perimeter intrusion detection systems and command centre operations – including the ability to share (either via fixed or remote or wireless access) to centralised command centre of equivalent. This will involve the application of automated analytics (such as algorithms, AI) to automatically detect and alert command centres of potential hazards or nefarious behaviours. Provision of monitoring support and technical training, including system configuration, fault response, and data management protocols. Compliance with relevant Australian Standards, privacy legislation, WHS regulations, and Games-specific technical specifications. Coordination with venue operators, security agencies, and technology partners to ensure effective deployment, coverage, and operational readiness. Post-Games decommissioning and removal, with consideration for reuse, redeployment, or legacy integration where appropriate. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering CCTV solutions for large-scale, multi-site events or critical infrastructure programs, with the capacity to respond flexibly to evolving operational requirements, threat environments, and site-specific constraints.
