Overview Sunshine Coast Council is inviting tenders for routine maintenance services of Council's leachate and sewerage pumps and stations. Scope This contract is structured into two Separable Portions. Respondents may submit tenders for one or both Separable Portions, and each portion has its own Technical Specification. Separable Portion A - Landfill Sites The scope includes: Routine services to various types of pumping systems on a quarterly, annual, and three yearly frequency at Nambour Landfill Routine services to various types of pumping systems on a quarterly, annual, and three yearly frequency at Caloundra Landfill Routine services to various types of pumping systems on a quarterly, annual, and three yearly frequency at Buderim Resource Recovery Centre Routine services to various types of pumping systems on a quarterly, annual, and three yearly frequency at Coolum Closed Landfill Separable Portion B - Other Sites The scope includes: Servicing of Sewerage Pump Stations, Sump Pumps, Submersible Pumps and Water Filtration Systems on monthly, quarterly, and six monthly frequencies Annual mechanical and electrical servicing Post maintenance reporting in accordance with legislative requirements Contract Terms and Conditions This is a schedule of rates contract for a term of four years, commencing on 1 December 2026 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A non-mandatory site Information Session will be held for Separable Portion A - Landfill Sites. Refer to Schedule 2 for details. No site Information Session will be held for Separable Portion B - Other Sites.
