This package seeks suppliers for the provision, configuration, integration, and support of the DIVA (Data, Intercom, Video, Audio) network to enable unified signal transport for Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games operations. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: Signal Transport Infrastructure: Design, deployment, and support of a unified network for data, intercom, video, and audio signals across competition venues, particularly around the Field of Play (FOP). The solution must support: High-bandwidth, low-latency transmission of multiple signal types over a single cabling system. Fibre and/or hybrid cabling infrastructure with redundancy and failover capabilities. Centralised and distributed DIVA nodes with configurable I/O ports for various signal types. Stakeholder Integration: Delivery of a solution that supports seamless integration between Technology stakeholders including AV providers, OBS, T&S, and Sport Presentation teams. The system must: Support simultaneous multi-signal routing and switching. Be interoperable with existing AV and broadcast systems. Allow flexible configuration to accommodate venue-specific layouts and operational needs. Interface & I/O Management: Installation of DIVA nodes at designated venue locations, each equipped with: Configurable input/output ports for audio (XLR, AES), video (SDI, HDMI), intercom (analog/digital), and data (Ethernet). Remote monitoring and diagnostics capabilities. Scalable port density to support varying venue sizes and operational complexity. Licensing & Compliance: Management of system licences and assurance of compliance with: International standards for AV and broadcast signal transport. Cybersecurity protocols for data transmission. Environmental and sustainability guidelines for reusable infrastructure. Technical Support: Ongoing maintenance, updates, and user support for the DIVA network, including: On-site and remote technical assistance during Games-time operations. System health monitoring and fault resolution. Support for late-stage configuration changes and emergency re-routing. Sustainability & Efficiency: Implementation of a reusable and cost-effective solution that: Minimises cabling complexity and physical footprint. Reduces procurement delays by consolidating vendor responsibilities. Supports efficient deployment, teardown, and reuse across multiple venues.
