This package seeks suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and support of simultaneous interpretation systems across Brisbane 2032 Olympic venues. These systems are critical for multilingual communication during key Games-time events and meetings. Scope of Work (Indicative, Not Exhaustive): Interpretation Equipment Supply of interpreter consoles, microphones, headsets, and soundproof booths to support professional multilingual interpretation. Interpretation booths will be physically located within the host region, typically within a central Remote Interpretation Centre (RIC). Booths must be equipped with live audio and video feeds to enable accurate interpretation. Headsets will be provided to on-site listeners, including media, officials, and delegates. Transmission Systems Installation of wireless and/or infrared systems for real-time audio distribution to audience members and stakeholders. Systems must support simultaneous interpretation across multiple languages and venues. Venue Integration Seamless integration with existing AV infrastructure, including public address (PA) systems and broadcast feeds. Compatibility with venue-specific AV setups is essential to ensure consistent audio quality and distribution. Technical Support On-site setup, testing, and operational support during Games events. Includes interpreter coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time system monitoring. Accessibility & Compliance Systems must comply with international accessibility standards and support multiple languages. Must be suitable for use in IOC Sessions, Chefs de Mission meetings, press conferences, and ceremonies. May also be deployed throughout the OCOG lifecycle to support international meetings (e.g. CoComs, World Broadcaster Meetings, Chefs de Mission Seminars).
