The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: • Meal Planning & Scheduling: Provision of tools to manage meal entitlements, dietary preferences, and scheduling across multiple Games-time venues and workforce groups. • Venue & Service Coordination: Integration with venue operations to support food service delivery, including catering schedules, service point mapping, and capacity planning. • Accreditation & Access Control: Linkage with accreditation systems to validate meal access rights and automate entitlements based on role, location, and shift timing. • Licensing & Compliance: Management of software licences and assurance of compliance with food safety regulations, data privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocols. • Technical Support: Ongoing system maintenance, updates, and user support to ensure reliable and accurate food & beverage operations throughout the Games lifecycle. Reporting & Analytics: Capability to generate real-time and historical reports on meal consumption, service volumes, and operational performance to support planning and continuous improvement.
