Overview Logan City Council is seeking to establish a contract agreement with suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Traffic Signal Maintenance and Minor Works. Scope The scope includes the following separable portions: Separable Portion 1: Traffic Signal Maintenance Separable Portion 2: Minor Works Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be submitted using the tender response documents via the etender portal Tenderers may reference and attach relevant separate documentation as part of their response to support their submission The tender can only be submitted electronically through the etender portal, prior to the closing date At any time prior to the closing date, Council may issue additional or different information to tenderers, which must be taken into account in preparation of the tender Enquiries All enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the etender portal. Questions and responses will be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.
