VNI-007-Engineering Services -Partner - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

This package seeks to engage multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services to support the planning, design, delivery, and assurance of infrastructure and overlay works for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Engineering services will be required across a diverse portfolio of venues and supporting infrastructure, including both permanent and temporary works. The scope of work may include, however is not limited to: • Provision of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering services across competition and non-competition venues. • Engineering input into master planning, concept design, detailed design, and construction documentation phases. • Technical review and certification of design outputs to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and Games-specific requirements. • Coordination with architects, overlay designers, venue operators, and delivery partners to ensure integrated and buildable solutions. • Support for construction staging, temporary works design, and Games-time operational engineering requirements. • Contribution to risk assessments, value engineering, and sustainability initiatives. • Engineering assurance and reporting to support regulatory approvals during Overlay design and site delivery phases. Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering engineering consultancy services for complex, multi-site infrastructure programs, preferably within major event or public sector contexts. Capability to operate in fast-paced, collaborative environments and to respond flexibly to evolving program needs is essential.
