The scope of this package includes the provision of professional CAD design services to\ support the planning, coordination and delivery of temporary infrastructure and overlay for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games across various competition and non-competition venues. The works may include, however are not limited to: • Production of CAD drawings to support temporary infrastructure and overlay planning, including block plans, site layouts, Field of Play drawings, sections and elevations. • Development and coordination of CAD documentation for temporary overlay commodities, including tents, modular buildings, cabins, temporary seating, fencing, trackways and associated infrastructure. • Integration of temporary infrastructure and overlay layouts with Functional Area requirements, including sport, broadcast, security, transport, accessibility and operational interfaces. • Preparation of CAD drawings structured to enable quantification, cost estimation and development of Bills of Quantities for temporary overlay components. • Conversion, standardisation and coordination of information received from venue owners, designers and delivery partners into Brisbane 2032-compatible CAD formats and standards. • Ongoing updates and revisions to CAD documentation to reflect evolving design assumptions, venue conditions and Games planning requirements. This package seeks to engage experienced suppliers with proven capability in delivering CAD design services for temporary infrastructure and overlay on major events or complex infrastructure programs. Respondents should demonstrate the capacity to deliver across multiple venues, manage high volumes of detailed design information, and operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
