Overview Tablelands Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the appointment of a preferred supplier for the provision of Waste Oil Collection and Recycling Services from Council's nominated Transfer Stations. Scope The scope includes: Collection of waste oil from Tablelands Regional Council's nominated Transfer Stations Recycling of the collected waste oil under a zero-sum commercial model Delivery of the services in a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible manner, in accordance with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements The services are to be delivered in accordance with the requirements detailed in Part 5, Scope, of the tender documents. Contract Terms and Conditions Initial contract term of three (3) years Two (2) further extension options of one (1) year each, exercisable at the sole discretion of Tablelands Regional Council Maximum total contract term of five (5) years
