Scope The scope includes: Maintenance dredging within the designated dredging footprint Temporary spoil dewatering Management of dredged material Environmental controls Reporting Reinstatement All incidental works necessary to complete the dredging works Provision of all labour, plant, materials, equipment, supervision, temporary works, survey, environmental controls, reporting, approvals and incidental items necessary to complete the works Contract Terms and Conditions The works are divided into the following: Maintenance Dredging Works Separable Portion 1: Dewatering and remediation
