About this tender
Overview BHP Olympic Dam Corporation Pty Ltd is inviting registrations of interest for the supply of Blister Launder Burners as part of the Copper SA Smelter & Refinery Expansion (SRE) project. Scope At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the scope includes the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of the Blister Launder Burners, complete with all components and ancillary equipment. The scope includes: Fuel/air system, including mixer valve trains Leak detection system, including valve trains Burner tips Burner tubes and flexible hoses Type B Appliance certification under Australian Standard AS 3814 Flame ignition system like existing Flame detection system like existing Burner Management System Fuel and air valve train skids, including instrumentation and control panels Leak detection skids Individual burner isolation valves for both LPG and combustion air Combustion air fans (two (2) expected with duty and standby operation), and associated fan filters and silencers Civil and Structural, Electrical, Piping, and Instrumentation and Control requirements as outlined in the Scope of Work Package Management, Tagging and Labelling, Documentation, Licenses, Testing, On-Site Supervision, Spares and Special Tools, and Preservation of Equipment as required under the Scope of Work Enquiries Project Primary Contact: Eddie Ivar, ICN South Australia Project Secondary Contact: Alex Vojdani, Supply Chain Manager, +61 04 4727 7175
