Overview BHP Olympic Dam Corporation Pty Ltd (SA) is inviting registrations of interest for module yard and fabrication services in support of the Copper SA Smelter & Refinery Expansion (SRE) project. Scope At the time of publishing this invitation to register an interest, the scope includes the following: All goods and services necessary for the complete fabrication and assembly of the following pre-assembled module configurations and stick built elements: PAR (Pre-assembled Pipe Racks), PAS (Pre-assembled Structures), PAUs (Pre-assembled Units / Process Units), SKD (Pre-assembled Skids), CNV (Pre-assembled Conveyors), PAB (Pre-assembled Buildings), piping spools, and structural steel stick built / loose items Supply and fabrication of steel and piping for all pre-assembled modules, including integration of free-issued electrical and instrumentation components, insulation, coating and fireproofing All required testing, pre-commissioning, turnover and load out services for the modules All facilities required to perform the work under the contract Storage, weighing, dimensional control, transport preparation, and delivery of all goods produced or supplied by the Contractor, inclusive of customs clearance Expected Quantities Expected quantity of modules: 428 Light: 1,700 t stick, 2,900 t modular Medium: 1,000 t stick, 1,600 t modular Heavy: 1,400 t stick, 2,700 t modular Extra Heavy: 1,300 t stick, 600 t modular Total: 5,400 t stick, 7,800 t modular Enquiries Project Primary Contact: Eddie Ivar, ICN South Australia Project Secondary Contact: Alex Vojdani, Supply Chain Manager, +61 04 4727 7175
