Overview The City of Victor Harbor is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide cleaning services for Council buildings, community facilities and public toilets throughout the Council area. Purpose The procurement will ensure Council facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation, whilst achieving value for money and compliance with Council's operational, WHS, environmental and security requirements. Scope The scope includes: Routine cleaning of Council buildings, community facilities and public toilets Consumable replenishment Opening of designated public toilets Emergency and ad hoc cleaning services Associated reporting requirements Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of cleaning services Compliance with Council's operational, WHS, environmental and security requirements Tender Briefing A mandatory briefing session will be held for this opportunity.
