About this tender
Overview The City of Tea Tree Gully (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Creek Remediation at Pedare Reserve (the Services). The Council intends to enter into a Contract for the Services with the successful Tenderer. About Works are required within the creek in Pedare Reserve, located between John Ramsay Circuit and Tolley Court, Hope Valley, due to erosion expanding towards the northeast boundary line causing the creek banks to become compromised. Works require stabilisation of the degraded section of the creek bank to mitigate public safety risks and protect adjacent infrastructure. Scope The scope includes: Installation of a low-maintenance structure consisting of galvanized gabion baskets Dry-stacked rock pitching Formalisation of a concrete spillway beam (weir) Swale realignment Sealing of redundant pipe connections All works are to be completed in accordance with design detail and documentation.
