About this tender
Overview Port Pirie Regional Council invites submissions for the replacement of the air conditioning system servicing the Development and Regulation (D&R) Section of the Main Administration Building, located at 115 Ellen Street, Port Pirie SA 5540, as detailed in this Request for Tender (RFT). Scope The scope includes: Removal of the existing air conditioning system servicing the D&R Section of the Main Administration Building Supply and installation of a replacement air conditioning system in accordance with the design and specifications contained within the RFT documentation Contract Terms and Conditions Council's preferred completion date for the works is 15 November 2026 Site Inspection Tenderers are encouraged to undertake a site inspection prior to submitting a tender. Site visits may be arranged by contacting Alan Bennett, email: abennett@pirie.sa.gov.au. All site inspections must be arranged and undertaken prior to Thursday, 6 August 2026. Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must lodge their submissions electronically via Council's file transfer facility using the link provided in Clause 2.2, Lodgement of Tenders, of Section B, Conditions of Tender.
