Overview Rex Minerals (SA) Pty Ltd is seeking a contractor to deliver the C5001 Detailed Earthworks and Concrete package for the Hillside Project. The package covers all activities required to supply, install, verify, and deliver detailed earthworks and concrete construction works within the defined battery limits in accordance with the Contract. Scope The scope includes: Excavation, foundation preparation, ground improvement where necessary, backfilling, compaction, and reinstatement Construction of concrete footings, slabs, plinths, pedestals, walls, bunds, trenches, pits, and local drainage structures Provision of all labour, supervision, plant, equipment, and materials necessary to deliver complete systems ready for connection and commissioning Works across all major process plant areas, including Primary Crushing, Coarse Ore Stockpile Conveyor, Storage and Reclaim, ROM Wall, Grinding, Flotation, Regrind, Concentrate Handling, Tailings, Reagent Storage, Water Services, and Air Services Construction of major mass concrete foundations for the Primary Crusher, SAG Mill, and Ball Mill Construction of process equipment footings, retaining walls, suspended slabs, bunded slabs, and specialised concrete structures required to support plant operations Supply and installation of reinforcing steel, anchor bolts, embedded plates, conduits, earthing systems, formwork, and temporary works Receipt, storage, and installation of free-issued vendor materials, including Apron Feeders, ROM RE Wall panels, Pre-cast Reclaim Arch Tunnel, and CSP Escape Tunnel Coordination of interfaces with structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical installation contractors Provision of pre-cast concrete alternatives for Company review and approval Construction of concrete drains, access culverts and headwalls, and erosion protection measures Placement of reclaim select fill, RE Wall select fill, ore stockpile backfill, and electrical footings Supply, operation, and maintenance of an on-site concrete batch plant Surveying and geotechnical verification services Provision of all testing, quality documentation, and as-built records required to deliver the works ready for subsequent SMP, E&I, commissioning, and handover activities Key quantities: Total concrete: 14,000 m3 Detailed excavation: 15,000 m3
